As I mentioned before lubricant is essential I recommend
Vaseline, skin lotions, skin oils or similar Note: Do NOT use
soap a it can cause serious skin irritations.
Start by rubbing the lubricant in to both your hands and
penis, your penis needs to be seamy hard doing this exercise
to a fully erect penis is useless. If you find your self becoming
aroused simply stop the exercise or cover your glands with the
palm of your hand until you become seamy hard again, then you
can continue with your exercise.
Form the "ok"sign with your right hand placing
it around the base of your penis, hold firmly so that your forefinger
and and thumb are tucking but not to tight this exercise should
not hurt, then slide your hand outwards towards your head(glands)
Then stop just short of it. This should be one smooth motion
lasting between 3 and 4 seconds.
As or just before you are releasing with the right hand
repeat this movement using your left hand, and so with the right.
Do 10 reps of 10 sets a day to start with for the first
week relaxing the penis in-between each rep.
Each week that you successfully manage your correct reps
increase the amount by another to reps until your doing up to
50 raps a day.
You are now well on your way to increasing the size of
your penis, you will very soon be a changed man.
